Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be in unused condition with original packaging
Custom orders and Seconds Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
International orders are not eligible for return

Return Process

To initiate a return, email info@reliquestudios.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
You're responsible for ensuring items arrive back to us safely—we cannot refund items damaged during return shipping.
